Join Gretchen on the Escape Rig for a circuit style class that incorporates functional exercises with a variety of equipment. Ages 12+.

Free for members. Non-members must purchase Day Pass ($6 for youth, $12 for adults) and have a signed (by parent or guardian if underage) waiver on file to participate. Limit 22.
