(Throughout Winter Carnival week!)
Visit at least 8 of the local businesses listed on the punch card to be entered in to win! Masks and adhering to all COVID-19 safety guidelines required. You will collect a signature at each stop. Pick up your punch card Tuesday-Saturday of Winter Carnival week from any participating business to begin. These businesses will also be handing out our free 2021 Cooperstown Winter Carnival buttons! Turn in your cards to Kate's Upstate (134 Main Street) by Sunday, February 21 at 5pm to be entered in the drawing - one will win the prize which is made up of gifts from each of the participating businesses!!
