Gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches will be made with Painted Goat Farm Chevre, Mountain View Dairy Swiss, Byebrook Gouda, and Harpersfield Farmstead Tilsit. In addition, Doubleday Café, Sunflower Café, Mel‘s at 22, and Alex’s Picnic will make soups, and the Otesaga will make desserts.
